UPS delivered my package to someone else's address and Ebay refused my claim!
3 reasons: 1) My package was never delivered to MY address. 2) I never received my package.
Google MY address and see that MY doorway does not in any way resemble the photo that the UPS driver shows they delivered to...MY home is RED BRICK, not old farmhouse white painted horizontal wood. UPS online denies me the ability to file a complaint or appeal with them because I am not the Seller. I appeal to Ebay to be reasonable, follow through with UPS and compare the photo doorway with mine and you must agree that the UPS driver made a mistake. I certainly would have hoped/trusted that whomever did get my package on their stoop, that they would have delivered it to ME, or at least, looked me up in our phone book and given me a call. Last (3) UPS shows the package weighed 12+ #s & was an odd flat shape, well, my package was to weigh more than 12 #s as it contained 3 x 5 (15) quarts of motor oil which weighs more than 12. I appeal to you for mercy!
