UPS damaged item - Refund
I shipped a package UPS, through ebay. It got damaged.
UPS seemed like they were helping with the claim, this has been going on fooorrreeverrrr, but now they say I have to call ebay for a refund??
is this correct??

Mentor3 years agoebay is the shipper of record, so yes, you will need to call them.
