UPS Damage Claim
I have a return claim, that UPS wants to inspect but I cannot file a claim on behalf of ebay. I need to know the procedure to file a claim with UPS for a damaged item so that the buyer can allow UPS to inspect the item with an open claim ticket and I can refund them while we wait for disposition and ultimately appeal because I know how UPS operates. External box damage indicates both a drop and improper handling using a forklift. (stabbed the box).
