UPS class action lawsuit
Fernand delivery or missing packages p supposed to be delivered on December 8th never showed sitting in one town and they don't know where it went cold the CEO and got the runaround it's time we do a class action law suit for not delivering packages always saying that it's lost it shows it was checked in but nobody knows where it is they always give you the runaround

Mentor2 years agoSometimes packages are lost. When that happens, you file an insurance claim with UPS (or the seller does if the item was bought on eBay) to get your money back. There is no benefit to UPS or any other carrier to "lose" packages.
Out of 25 billion deliveries per year, some are bound to be lost.
