UPS claims my package was larger than it actually was

Received email stating that UPS determined my package was 17x17x17, but I know the box was 16x16x16. They charged me an additional $6.67.
How do I get this rectified?

Mentor2 years agoDid you add the outside measurements of the box or the inside? You can appeal. Here is the info.
