UPS charging more after i shipped
Just received notification of a shipping adjustment. UPS says billable is two pounds when my receipt from UPS store says weight is 1 pound 6 ounces. This is the second time this has happened. How can I refute this charge?

Mentor2 years ago@salemsgolf It is probably a dimensional weight surcharge. There really is no way to dispute it when you buy the label through eBay.
If I can't ship an item USPS then I buy UPS label from Pirateship.com. They will help with surcharge disputes IF your package weight and size is correct. They also help with filing insurance claims if needed.
