UPS another false cost adjustment. How to dispute?
UPS has done a cost adjustment. Adding one inch to one of the dimensions. I have photo and video proof showing it’s not correct and UPS has lied again. I think this is the fifth package they’ve done a cost adjustment on. But can’t figure out how to send this information to eBay. Thanks for any help.

Mentor2 weeks agoUPS recently started rounding up dimensions, just like they have always done for weight. Any bump out or out of squareness can trigger the scanner to do this. So make sure this isn't your problem first.
Otherwise, you should have received instructions with the back charge as to how to appeal it or open the shipping details.
In the future do no use ebay UPS (or FedEx), and use your own account or a free PirateShip account and you'll have a much easier type resolving this.
