UPS 3 Day shipping now missing to print
Hello,
I have an item that sold and 3 day UPS shipping was selected as shipping method. However when I go to purchase the shipping label (I'm paying for shipping not the buyer) it isn't an option. I've tried it with the dimensions in (6x6x6, 2.5 lbs) and without to see if that was an issue. Nope.
I am a few days past the ship date but I reached out to the seller to apologize and explain.
I can change carriers but does anyone know why UPS 3 day shipping wouldn't show up to purchase when it was selected during the posting of the auction?
