OP2 years agoThanks for your reply. I was finally able to get through to eBay. It seems I did offer the 3 day however he said that was not one of the options offered by eBay and I thought that was strange. He said I could go direct to UPS to purchase it but without the discount. Ended up cheaper to ship 2nd Day through eBay than 3 Day.

That is the service you offered on the listing. I’m surprised that it is not showing as the default when you go to purchase the label.
On the label purchase page, at the end of the services eBay is showing you, there should be the option to see all services. Click there.
