uploading to desktop computer
Just recently when I try to create a new listing, I take photos, go to upload from phone to desktop, they don't load on my desktop but makes me create listing on the phone only. Very frustrating. I have listed 1500 listings before and had no problems doing it on my desktop. Now different. Couldn't get a understandable answer from Ebay customer service.

I upload photos from my phone to desktop, too.
At what point is the issue happening?
Do you get the notification on your phone?
Are you able to select and save the photos on your phone?
Do you click 'Got It' on desktop?
- At this point if there are not photos on your desktop, scroll down, save for later and then re-open the draft. Are your photos there after all?
Here are some things to try:
Log out and back in.
Clear your cache
Use a different browser (example: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari)

OP7 months agoI was able to get photos on the desktop by switching from phone to computer, back and forth to drafts, but not exactly what I did and in what order. However, at least I have some hope to get back to 'normal'. Will keep playing with it and document what I am doing so I can repeat it. Thanks so much for providing hope and preventing further frustrations. T. Jones
