Uploading photos for setting up my store

Question

So I just signed up for the store marketing at the lower level since I am a smaller reseller $4.95 monthly fee and trying to set up my store but it will not let my upload an image for my logo and store banner from my iPhotos library. I currently have a long standing seller status but needed this to manage my discounts and sales. Any suggestions on that would be appreciated!

2 things you need to check are file format and size.

Acceptable formats are JPEG, PNG, or GIF (JPEG and PNG are recommended for best quality and fast loading).

Recommended sizes -

Store Logo: 300 x 300 pixels

Store Billboard (Header Banner): 1280 x 290 pixels

You can check the file size by viewing the file in iPhoto then click the i to get info or use cmd+ i. It will also show the file format. If the format is HEIF, you’ll need to save the photo in a jpeg file.

Thanks so much and will try that out, have not been messing with photo files much lately as have not had the lead. What interesting is that I use the standard iPhoto images to download my items for sale and never had any problems.
