Uploading documentation for a a return case
I can not get a shipper to return a lithium ion battery to Germany due to not having original manufactures test data. The manufacturers box also does not have class 9 warning imprinted on it and that is required too.
I have opened a case with eBay and need to upload documentation proving that the return is hazardous material and requires the above information prior to shipping. There seems to be no direct way to upload this information.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
