Uploaded on time but no carrier scan

Question

Received this message "Uploaded on time but no carrier scan". How do I remove? Item was paid and shipped on the same day. Item was delivered five days later to a parcel locker.

@mgdsld Did you upload the tracking AND get the package scanned within your stated handling time?

If so you can try asking CS but unless it affects your rating chances are they won't remove it.
