Can I send customer a video of item? Don't see that as option. Wouldn't this ensure item works and protect the seller it buyer says item didn't work when they recieved item?

Mentor2 years ago@pagi-3744The video would not prevent a buyer from filing a Return Request, as the video would show that it was working before the item was shipped, not guaranteeing that it would work when the buyer receives it.
