Upload Photo for a return/refund item.
I have made contact with the seller of an item I purchased. They have agreed to the return but would like me to provide a photo of the item. I have been engaging with the seller through eBay messenger but when I reply to their message at no point in time does it allow me to upload a photo. I asked the seller to provide me with an email address, and I would send it that way, but they insist I do it through the message. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
