Upgraded shipping and need to change tracking number
I pd for original postal label but upgraded at post office. Sent new tracking number to buyer through eBay message

Mentor10 months agoHopefully, the clerk did not scan your ebay label. You can go to your Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels
Locate the transaction and cancel/void the label. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used. You can now enter the new tracking number into the transaction.
