OP4 months agoIt wasn’t either the weight or size it was that usps decided my package was unusual? Too much tape? I don’t know but eBay is crediting it back to me

Mentor4 months agoThe USPS has surcharges for packages exceeding 22" and 30" as well as irregular. Other carriers have surcharges if the item is NOT in a cardboard box.
