Upgrade eBay version
When I receive a special offer, REVIEW OFFER comes up but when I try to be open it, I receive a pink exclamation point with “ upgrade to latest version.†If I attempt to download latest FREE eBay version— from Google— it ask for all my personal info, plus credit card already being used to buy—— NOTHING gets updated???
