OP1 month agoThe package has not been delivered yet. The error message is Unknown error, while updating, try again. I have sent the buyer a message with the updated tracking number. But want to make sure it's captured in the ebay purchase history

You cannot update the tracking # once the item has been delivered.
What does the error message say?
