updating my email address
I have a new email address but is unable to update it. I had a Hotmail address with EBAY and want to change my account correspondence to my Gmail account. I am not allowed to do so. I get the prompt that someone has that address. I have had that Gmail address more than 20years. How do I solve that problem?

Mentor3 years agoAre you sure you don't have another ebay account? Every account has to have a unique email address, so if yours was already used, then you will have to pick a different one.
