Updating my account to business account

Question

How do I change my account to a business account? It's currently a personal account, I see that, but there's no option to change it. I DO want to open another ebay account, but I want that one to be personal. The one I have already I want to be business, but I don't plan on ever selling anything on ebay- so does it matter?

If you're not going to sell on eBay, you don't need a business account. Even if you do sell on eBay, you don't need a business account.
