updating email
So frustrated with the process of updating an email. My old email was decommissioned so I no longer have access to it. The company let the domain expire and have given me a new email. In trying to update my account to the new email, it has been a nightmare. I have followed all of the steps, received a security code to my phone then received a message that a security code was sent to my new email. I have never received it to my new email address. 90% of the updates I have done have gone through with flying colors generally happening in a few minutes. I have restarted my computer, have asked for a new security code. Nothing has worked. I have called in twice now to speak with eBay reps, the first one told me that I would need to open up a new account, not an option, I have been a member for 28 years and have over 1000 positive feedbacks. I have no way of knowing if and when IT will look into this. There are no email avenues to provide a stream of dialogue. I am open to any ideas. So frustrated seeing how technologically advanced we are supposed to be. Oh also I am far from a techie, so need some simple language solutions.
