The company did address my concerns and resolved the issue but since it took more than 30 days I don't see how to update my review

That's because, even if the seller were to send you a Feedback Revision Request, you wouldn't be able to because the feedback has to be revised before it has been posted for thirty days.

Mentor2 years agoOn second thought, I think the seller couldn't even send a revision request. I think eBay would pop a notice up that says something like "You don't have any feedback that qualify for revision."
