Updating a return address on a shipping label

Question

The return address on my shipping labels is always wrong. Where do I update it? The incorrect address is nowhere in my profile - I don’t know where it is pulling from. The correct address is in the “Addresses” section.

Hi @frank8583 If you tried changing your addresses at some point just using the Edit function you will have to do it differently. You need to ADD the new address and then DELETE the old one.

The return address on your labels is updated as follows:

There is a 'Edit' button on the lower right-hand side of the Print Shipping Label screen.

- If you don't see something like this to the right on the shipping screen, click the "Show additional shipping options" on the upper right, then look again.

Ship from
This Town OH 4xxxx-xxxx
Return to
Other City OH 4xxxx-xxxx

Click the 'Edit' underneath the addresses.

You'll be able to select the addresses you entered in to your account.

-- Return Address is what prints on the label

-- Ship From Zip prints at the very top of the label by the postage.

On the App,

Get Shipping Label

Click the > to the right of Order Details

Edit Ship From to enter the drop off zip code.

Add a separate Return To address if that applies.

@frank8583 I just wanted to add to be sure to also update the item location on your listings to make sure it's correct. You can use bulk edit to update the location.
