updating a feedback
I want to update feedback left for a purchased item. I have clicked ever single help option and "contact us" for ebay customer service / help and nothing but "select from the following options" none of which match my situation or allow me to actually reach an ebay customer service representative. I want to change/update feedback.

·2 years agoHi @jlbernard Message the seller and ask them to send you a feedback revision request, if it's been less than 60 days after you received the item.

OP2 years agoSeller will never agree to revision because I need to leave negative feeback about seller
