Updated eBay user agreement

Question

I have search for the term anti-scraping prohibition in the help search engine and can't find anything.

The email that was sent out regarding an updated user agreement talk about them updating it's anti-scraping prohibition . I'm an unsure of what they are referring to. Does anyne know? It mentions the use of AI and LLM's which I also don't know what LLM's are.

The relevant portion regards prohibition of the following:

"use any robot, spider, scraper, data mining tools, data gathering and extraction tools, or other automated means (including, without limitation buy-for-me agents, LLM-driven bots, or any end-to-end flow that attempts to place orders without human review) to access our Services for any purpose, except with the prior express permission of eBay"

According to Google: "A Large Language Model (LLM) is a type of AI deep learning model trained on massive datasets to comprehend, summarize, generate, and predict human-like language and content. Based on transformer architecture, LLMs use billions of parameters to recognize complex patterns, enabling applications in chatbots, translation, and content creation".
