Update tracking
I sold an item and when I went to usps they told me that the shipping label wasn’t paid even though I had put buyer pays shipping. I ended up paying shipping and can’t update the tracking number. I’ve tried removing the label from the order but says it’s not able to be removed. Does anyone know what I can do? (I messaged the buyer with updated tracking number) but don’t know if it affects me receiving payment
