Update shipping Address
Good afternoon, colleagues! I have the following problem: I'm trying to change the shipping address on my account, but ebay won't let me do it. This message appears all the time: "Something went wrong. Please try again later"

·2 years agoReboot. Try a different browser/platform/device. Try it on ebay.de (the German site; you are currently on ebay.com, the primarily US site--it is probably looking for you in US zipcode 07743 which is in New Jersey instead of German Postal Code for those digits).
In the meantime you can change the shipping address of any order you place before you pay for it if you hadn't already pre-authorized automatic payment (e.g. when you made an offer for it). There are links to change shipping address (and options if applicable) and payment methods on the pre-authorization confirmation screen if you are making an offer that requires it (or at Checkout if you haven't pre-authorized it).
