Update Seller review
Being new to EBay, I posted a negative review that needs a follow up to show the positive action that was taken by the Sellers in this matter.
Where can I do this? Or how?

Actually, what eBay has in place is the Feedback revision form that a Seller can send to you. Sellers are allowed ot send 5 per year and one pre transaction. You would have 10 days to complete it changing the Negative or Neutral Feedback to Positive. Working things out can result in a better experience ... message the Seller and ask them to send you the Feedback revision form. They will have a link on your less than Positive FB to send the form.
