Update return address on shipping label

Question

I printed out my shipping label that I bought though eBay only to find that my old home address was showing up. I had updated my home address but did not know that there was a separate address under a different part of my account. How do I get a new shipping label printed?

I think there's 4 places you need to change your address - make sure you got them all changed.

Void that first label so you can get a refund - it must be voided within 5 days. The refund takes 2-3 weeks to go back to your account.

Here's how to void a shipping label you printed on eBay:

Go to Manage shipping labels - opens in new window or tab.
Find the item you'd like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Void Label.
Choose your reason for voiding the label.
Select Send request.

Then from the Orders page, click the Actions drop-down next to that item and select "Purchase another label" - that will take you to the label page for a new label, new tracking.

Let the buyer know which tracking # they should be following as the order will show both for awhile.
