·3 years agoIf you mean the "+ Hope to deal with you again. Thank you." which is what one is taken to when you click on the "1" negative in the past month, I'm guessing that the feedback was revised but the data at the top (including "Revised Feedback: 0") has not caught up to that yet. How long ago was the revision done?
If you mean "- I have not received it as of July 11, 2023" you left for a seller, you can leave a "Follow up" note by going to your own Feedback Profile and there should be a link to do so next to it, if not scroll down to the bottom and in the right column will be a link to bring up a list of feedback given you can follow up on. You should not leave feedback until the transaction is fully done and final. The "as of" tells me you did not wait and does not inspire confidence in your and your partner's future trading partners, which is who feedback is supposed to communicate to (feedback left by a buyer is far more informative than feedback left FOR a buyer which cannot be anything less than positive). Messaging is to communicate with your trading partner.
