Update bank account
Over three weeks now ebay is holding my payouts because they say I need to update my bank account. First of all there were no changed bank data, it was working fine. I have "updated" the bank information three times and received a message from ebay that the account was updated. STILL, they are holding my payouts. I have messaged ebay numerous times with no response. What can I do here!!!!!!!!!!

Here's how to change bank checking accounts and if you have any problems you can contact eBay customer service for help from #3
#1 First make sure your name and address on your eBay account match your new bank account and government ID EXACTLY:
https://accountsettings.ebay.com/profile It must be a brick and mortar checking account, not virtual.
#2 Next try this: Go to your payments page and select Add Payment option.
https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list Then select add bank account and add the new account. Then if the old account is not automatically deleted you will need to delete it.

#3 If you still can not change banks then here's how to contact an eBay customer service managed Payments Agent:
On a computer go to your Seller Hub Overview page and click on SUMMARY

Next scroll ALL the way down to the lower right corner and click on the ? mark. Then you will see a pop up and a button that says " Have us call you"

OP2 years agoNothing changed on my bank account. Many people are having this problem. Instead of acting like an ebay lapdog, use your influence to get this problem solved. This problem has been around for two weeks now!!

I understand nothing may have changed however sometimes on an account review the system finds little details that are off that trigger this problem.

OP2 years agoAs I stated in my complaint, I updated my account THREE times and received a response from ebay that the account was successfully updated, yet I am still restricted......THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
