Update Account Details Possible Glitch
Hello!
I’ve been trying to resolve this issue for several months now, but have not gotten a clear answer or resolution from support. I’ve called many times as well as messaged agents through the chat. I have this banner on my account. I will enter my SSN and get a message stating they will verify my info and there is nothing else to do on my end. A day or two later, it will ask me again for my SSN. I have tried entering it on my phone, my computer, my IPad, and in incognito browsers. I have uploaded a photo of my social security card per one of the agents. My name on my account is the exact same on my card. I have probably entered my SSN 50 times. I’m getting frustrated because I’m unable to get paid. If anyone has experienced this or has any ideas please let me know. Thank you!!

OP4 months agoYes! They all have my full name (including middle name). I have also tried after adjusting them all to just include my middle initial and without my middle name. Nothing has worked.
