As of this writing you have 25 items for sale. Did you use the drop-down menu in the UPC field and select Does not apply? That's what you do when you do not have the UPC code.
If your items are missing the original packaging they cannot be listed as New.

OP8 months agoI have never seen that in the past don’t meant to sound stupid but never seen anything about upc when listing items

You will have to go back through the listing tool you are using and find it. Apparently eBay is expecting something in that UPC filed, even if you don't have one. Most of what I sell does NOT have a UPC so I just use the Does not apply choice.
