Unwarranted negative feedback
I'm frustrated with a buyer's unwarranted negative feedback and eBay's refusal to take it town. I recently sold a vintage leather cardholder wallet to a buyer who asked for a return because it was smaller than she thought it would be. The item's EXACT DIMENSIONS were in both the title and the description, and it was described as a card holder. She demanded a return even though I indicate clearly that I do not accept returns. I explained politely that I didn't believe the description was misleading and therefore could not offer her a return. She left negative feedback based on an "embellished" description and "poor" communication. I followed eBay's process to have the feedback taken down, given that the EXACT DIMENSIONS were in the title and description, and my request was denied. I suspect the request was handled by an algorithm, but I don't know how to talk to a human representative who could clearly see that the buyer's criticism has no basis in reality.
