Unwarranted final value fee
hi guys new seller here I put an item up for auction. It had no bids so I decided to cancel auction. It’s still hit me with a final value fee of $30 even though I had no bidders and the item went unsold. Shouldn’t I have the right to cancel it without being charged? How do I get my money back for the final value fee that I should not have been charged in the first place

Mentor4 months agoWhat is the item number? Did you have a Reserve price on the item? The fee (7.5% or $5 whichever is higher) is charged even if the item doesn't sell.
