Unwarranted Feedback Left At Last Second and Cannot Refute/Or Remove
Hi-
A buyer left me "neutral" feedback as it had nothing to do with my positive service. He left the feedback at the last moment of the 30 day ability to respond. I feel this is actually a calculated move on his part - couldn't wait to ding someone with a 100% positive record on over 1029 reviews.
His neutral feedback was: "I haven't used yet." (Ebay recommends that we contact the buyer directly and he has a 10 day window to respond.)
I wrote him this:
"Hello, I see you left me a neutral feedback for the HP 62XL transaction. I hope you will reconsider changing that feedback to a positive transaction. I did mail out the ink well within the timeframe of your order, the ink is exactly as described and in the packaging as described. I feel your feedback is not about how the transaction transpired but a rating about the product you haven't used. Again, I hope you will reconsider and upgrade my transaction as a positive experience. Thank you"
I can bet $1 million he's not going to respond to me, because this was a very calculated move on his part. Now that the window of opportunity that eBay says has closed since he left his response at the last second of 30-day window - what can I do to have eBay remove the neutral rating?

Mentor1 year agoI would not worry about it. Neutral feedback does not affect your percentage and most users do not care about neutral feedback only negative feedback.
