Unwanted offers of viewed items
I'm getting offers for items I only viewed. How can I turn that off? It's very confusing and annoying.

If you do not want to receive any offers -- including for items on your Watch List or in your cart -- you can go to your Communication Preferences and uncheck "offers to buyers". That will prevent almost all offers other than offers for promoted listings you click on (those are treated differently, apparently, and cannot be disabled).

Unfortunately you can not pick and choose which sorts of offers you receive; it is all or nothing.
