Unwanted Offers
How does one send a complaint to Ebay about Ebay....not about a seller or buyer?
I am a seller and I look for comps all the time or I just, as a buyer, will check things out. I have even had friends who are over to visit who will scroll through Ebay while they're here.
Then, I am BOMBARDED with "offers" about items I looked at for comps or items my friends looked at while they were scrolling. Then, to get rid of that big pop up on my screen, I have to "decline" the offer which seems rude to the seller.
Now, mind you, I have been known to send offers to people who watch my items. BUT, if I click on an item, realize it's not anything I would EVER purchase and then I get an offer.....nope. Not happy.
How can I get them to stop doing this?

Go to your Communication Preferences page and uncheck the box in the "Buyer" section that says "Offers to Buyers". That will prevent you from getting most offers for items you view or add to a cart or a watch list. You may still receive some offers for sponsored listings you view, though; those are treated differently, apparently.
