Unwanted Notifications
After viewing an item on Ebay, I later get reminder notifications about the same item. It happens more than one time and is annoying. Nothing I do stops this. Any ideas how to stop this?

You should be able to opt out of offers to buyers in your Communication Preferences.

It is all or nothing; you cannot pick and choose which offers you receive.

OP1 year agoThank you for the tip but I did that a while ago.
To be clear, my check box next to "Offers to buyers" was and still is unchecked. I did some checking around and this seems to be a common complaint and discourages me from clicking on anything.
I just unchecked the "Price Reduced on Item" check box. I will wait and see if that solves the problem. This may be an EBay software bug.

Mentor1 year agoThere may be separate notices for sponsored listings or other sorts of notices not covered by those preference settings.
You may be able to avoid those notifications in others ways: by searching while not signed in to your eBay account (or by using a different eBay account for research), or by setting up a filter in your email inbox, or by sorting your eBay messages differently so those eBay messages are more easily ignored.
