If you have Saved Searches, you may want to disable email alerts for each search if you do not want updates for search results.
For items you have viewed, you can clear the results on the Recently Viewed page. If you use the eBay app, you can delete individual entries using the "edit" button rather than clearing the entire list.
If you do not want to receive offers for non-sponsored listings you have viewed or added to a list or to your cart, you can change your Communication Preferences. That setting does not affect sponsored listings, though, and the setting is "all or nothing"; you cannot pick and choose which offers you get.
