Unusual message when trying to accept buyer's offer
I am trying to accept an offer for an item I am selling, but when I click on Accept I get the message "Provided quantity is not available"
It is available and I don't know why I got the message or what to do to be able to accept the offer

This usually happens because the offer was only submitted for one unit instead of the quantity you actually want.
Message the seller & ask if they are willing to offer the same deal for how many you want to purchase AND ask them to combine shipping (if Free Shipping isn't offered). Ask if they will refund you for the overage and shipping if you purchase X amount.
Do NOT accept that single-unit offer because it will be treated as a separate order with separate shipping.
Keeping it inside eBay messages creates a solid contract that eBay CS can refer to if the seller doesn't make good on the agreement (though that is very rare).
