Unused shipping label not refunded

Question

Hello - eBay shipping label interface has been a little wonky for me lately. I've had two labels change from what I selected to something completely different once I hit purchase a couple times last month. I requested refunds for unused label and one was reimbursed after 3 weeks and the other (now 25 days later) has not been reimbursed. Any reason that might be the case?

Double check your payouts. When the USPS sends a refund, it goes to ebay, and then ebay credits your Managed Payments payouts.
