Unused shipping label
I had a usps shipping label but the post office wouldn’t ship the item because it was too heavy. I had to ship it ups. How do I get a refund for the unused label?

You can cancel a label within 28 days of purchase here:

It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through.
