I was charged for an unused shipping label, eBay not responding to my request for refund.

The refund takes about 3 weeks after you void the label. Did you use the void function?

Go to Manage shipping labels - opens in new window or tab.
Find the item you'd like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Void Label.
Choose your reason for voiding the label.
Select Send request.

Thank you. I was finally able to get ahold of an eBay agent and he explained everything to me. Had never cancelled a shipping label before.
