unused shipping doc refund
I printed a label. The drop off center would not ship because there were 2 speakers and 1 shipping doc. I used UPS. I printed 2 seperate labels and sent the item to the buyer. The shipping center had scanned the incorrect doc so it shower pending. Per UPS associate, it was never used or picked up under that label. They said just call them and they would authorize a shipment for the $68.00 I had paid. I call UPS yesterday and the agent said he would refund my $68.00 back to EBAY but they had to call and verify. I have attempted different avenues to actuall speak to an EBAY associate but can not get one on the phone!! Ant suggestions, names, phone numbers. All I want is my $68.00 back.
