Unused postage no refund
I canceled a label for $4.10 and purchased another back on 9/27. I have yet to receive a refund, is this unusual? The second more expensive postal purchase was used and the buyer has the item.
What should I do?

Mentor10 months agoIt can take up to 21 days to be refunded through the USPS. It seems like a long time, I know, but you should eventually be refunded if you did not use the label.
