Unused Labels
Hi Guys,
I had an item sold and at the moment of purchasing a label for shipment I was given 2 labels and charged twice. I can't find a way to contact eBay for a refund on the extra label or both as a matter of fact since I had to cancel that sale because or red flags on that buyer. Are refund on labels automatic if not used in a period of time or will it be refunded because of the cancelation of the order?

Mentor11 months agoNo, postage refunds are not automatic. You need to cancel the unused labels and then wait for the refund. The USPS must see that the labels were not used which takes 21 days. eBay will let you know when the refund is authorized and the money will be available as a payout.
You cancel the labels in the seller hub by going to the Orders tab and clicking on the Shipping Labels tab.
