I accidentally pressed BUY LABEL after I was looking for buyer's address after eBay grossly underestimated the shipping cost (very large model airplane) of the item to California. I need a refund of $11.91,

The shipping is set by the seller. If it is not sufficient at time of mailing, the seller makes up the difference.
