How do I get a refund for a shipping label from eBay that I chose not to use, instead I used my own label.

How do I get a refund for a shipping label from eBay that I chose not to use, instead I used my own label.

Mentor1 year agoLabels can be cancelled within 28 days of purchase. After this the shipping carrier will not give any refunds. It takes 21 days to have the carrier determine the label was not used and allow a refund.

Here's how to cancel (or void) a shipping label you purchased on eBay:
- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay
- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.
- Choose your reason for canceling the label. If you want to, you can add a message for the buyer.
- Select Cancel (or Void) shipping label.
The refund will come in about 21 days.
